Your Financial Protection

We have arranged a financial bond to protect your payments to us. This means in official wording:

“As a member of the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT), an Association approved by BIS, Peter Sommer Travels has provided a Bond to meet the requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. In the event of Peter Sommer Travels’s insolvency, this Bond provides security for:

• packages excluding flights to and from your destination

which are offered by Peter Sommer Travels. Please note that bookings made from overseas must be made directly with Peter Sommer Travels and not via an agent.

In the above circumstances, the following will apply:

• a refund of your prepayments if you have not yet travelled

So your payments to us for your tour or gulet cruise are fully protected.
