Gallery Home  ›  Life aboard the gulet  ›  Swimming in a crystal cove

One of the great joys of a gulet cruise in Turkey is being able to swim in the turquoise waters. Idyllic coves, some only just wide enough for a gulet, riddle the Turkish coast. The sea is beautifully warm for swimming or snorkelling by the end of May/start of June, and remains so until the end of October. In stark contrast to a large cruise ship, sailing aboard a Turkish gulet means you can moor up in the smallest bays and plunge directly into the inviting Mediterranean.
