Alongside our scheduled tours and gulet cruises, we also create gulet cruises to order. We charter gulets with from 2-12 cabins, beautiful boats with experienced crews. We can create trips with specialist guides just like our expert led cultural tours, or arrange a simple boat charter so you can cruise and relax in style.

Why we organise archaeological and cultural tours
In 1994, Peter Sommer walked 2,000 miles across Turkey, following in the footsteps of Alexander the Great, and in the process fell in love with the country, its ancient civilizations, and the Turkish people. For the past 14 years, Peter, a British archaeologist and documentary maker, has been leading and organising unique historical and cultural tours and gulet cruises, escorted by the finest experts.

A UK-based specialist tour operator, we provide cultural vacations and holidays - primarily gulet cruises - in Turkey, Greece, and Sicily, with a professional and above all personal touch. On our escorted tours, we take only small groups (max 16 on land, 14 by sea) of like-minded people, travelling in an easy-going, informal style. We consider fabulous food to be a very important part of our archaeological tours and gulet holidays.
