Alexander Stephens
Alexander is our Client and Operations Administrator and the main point of contact for our guests. He manages all bookings, enquiries, and day‑to‑day administration, and genuinely enjoys speaking with guests on the phone. Having worked with the company for over three years, Alex has built up extensive experience working with customers both in person and in the office. For the past two years, Alex has worked as Tour Manager on our Hadrian’s Wall Tour, where he has been responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day running of the tour.
A keen sportsman, Alex plays football regularly at county level. He is also an enthusiastic traveller with a particular interest in history and archaeology. His most adventurous trip to date took him to Peru, where he hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.
Alex holds a degree in Professional Policing from the University of Derby but chose to move into the travel industry to better pursue his love of adventure, exploration, and working directly with people.
